The highlight of our experience, however, was the amazing service provided by the staff. A special thank you to Vickey, who went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful birthday decoration for our room. It truly made the day extra special and added a personal touch to our celebration. Also, a huge shout-out to Andrew, the manager, who ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. His attention to detail and care for guests was evident and made a huge difference. Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! The resort is located at a very good location, making it convenient and peaceful at the same time. Location: 5/5 The resort room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Cleanliness: 5/5 The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Special thanks to Vignesh and Venkatesh (sorry if I missed the correct spelling). Their service made our stay even more comfortable. Staff: 5/5 The resort has an in-house restaurant where you can enjoy tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food quality was good overall. Food: 4.5/5 I stayed here for 2 days, and it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this resort to others. Excellent Resort with good ambience. Blindly choose for Safe, Secure & Luxury stay. Wide Parking facility was very convenient. Rooms are neat and clean. Using white bedspread & bedsheets. Matress, cot & wardrobe also very luxury. Spacious Room & wash room. Restaurant also available. Complimentary unlimited breakfast was excellent with light music. Budget friendly compare to other hotels. Location also easily accessible for shopping & site seeing places. All services was excellent Moreover Mr.Vignesh in Reception made all arrangements & guided properly. Mr.Naveen & Dinesh in restaurant taking care of guests with good service. Mr Duraisamy organised well and spoke like a relative. All service staff spoke very politely & Responsively. We planned for 2 Days one night. I checked in on a Pongal Holdiay with family and Eldery Grandparents It feels like home in there. And the fooood... WOW. Kudos to the chef amazing food. They have a restaurant on ground floor "Kitchen Behind the Transparent glass" which seems to be quite a hip place for youngsters.You can watch your food preparation. My stay was Delightful. Good ambience, well maintained property and staffs were helpful. Rooms and bath rooms are clean. Buffet and Camp-Fire area where good and well maintained. I Definitely suggest resort for family and friends.Clean, beautifully designed and spacious rooms , truly a boutique experience, with all basic iamenities. Great food. Courteous staff. From the moment we arrived at Lotus Resort in, we felt welcomed by the warm hospitality and breathtaking surroundings. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible dining experience. Every meal prepared by Chef Mr Ramesh & Naveen was a masterpiece. From the freshest ingredients to the artistic presentation, each dish was crafted with passion. The flavors were nothing short of spectacular! Whether it was the perfectly grilled seafood, the melt-in-your-mouth desserts, or the comforting local delicacies, every bite was pure bliss. Had 2 days pleasant Stay at Hotel. Booking via Hotel own site is cheaper vs other Apps. Room with Breakfast option is good deal. Its a spacious room good enough with all basic amenities with a balcony facing hills. Restaurant facility available. Service is prompt as the remind for breakfast. Lunch and dinner. QUALITY of food is awesome as they make with kolli malai spices. Location of hotel easy to find, just opposite to petrol bunk. Parking is spacious for car and bikes. Highly recommend for Family and Solo travelers. Wifi factily is good thing whi help download offline maps and use for travel. As no network available in hills to use maps. ~ Karthik N

Really had a blissful vacation l.And hospitality from the staffs were outstanding. A special thanks to Reception and Restuarant team. It's located in the prime location were, we get ATM facilities,hotels ,shops , saloon , repair shop,etc... And all the tourist destinations all nearby. Rooms were clean and neat,food was outstanding. A special note for the dessert. As it is hill station, we won't get proper network,but their wifi was very supportive even I could manage my office work with their wifi speed. Lotus Resorts & Inn was a fantastic choice, offering a cozy and comfortable environment for both solo travelers and families. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, and although the restaurant has a limited menu, the food quality is top-notch. The breakfast spread was generous, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were well-versed in the local attractions and provided great recommendations. As the evening temperatures dropped, the fireplace setup was a delightful and welcoming addition. What really stood out, though, was how Andrew helped me with directions and suggested places to visit even before I booked my stay. This level of service is rare and shows the true hospitality of the place and its staff. I actually like the place where this resort is located. Very much near to all the tourist spots nearby. Loved the excellent service from the staff. There is nothing called as negative points about this place. But the major thing I would have to keep the next visitors informed is that you only get the hot water from 6am - 10am. Breakfast will be available up to 11am only. I don't find this as a negative point as everything cannot be made available all the while. Overall it was great experience. We visit this resort to spend a weekend and chill. Its been a great experience. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of us gave an adventurous experience . It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. We stayed here for two nights and it's such a splendid place to stay with all amenities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are very prompt with their services. The restaurant provides awesome food, very tasty and hygiene oriented. The room service was so efficient. We used to get tea and coffee on time.
