Customer's reviews
"I had an unforgettable stay at Lotus Restorts &Inn! The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and top-notch facilities. The highlight of our experience, however, was the amazing service provided by the staff. A special thank you to Vickey, who went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful birthday decoration for our room. It truly made the day extra special and added a personal touch to our celebration. Also, a huge shout-out to Andrew, the manager, who ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. His attention to detail and care for guests was evident and made a huge difference. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable experience!"

Stayed in Lotus resort for a business trip, had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. we realized we had accidentally left one of our important pieces of luggage behind. We were extremely worried, as it contained valuable personal items. The resort staff responded immediately, located our luggage, and carefully arranged to have it shipped back to us. They kept us informed throughout the process, and everything arrived safely and in perfect condition.
It’s rare to find such honesty, efficiency, and genuine care these days. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and support. This experience alone shows how much they value their guests
